This is an ode to reggae, dancehall and hip-hop culture’s obsession with women’s big butts, pop culture’s newest fad thanks to Kim, Khloe Kardashian, Blac Chyna and Nicki Minaj, to name but(t) a few.
“It’s my dancehall take on Sir Mix-A-Lot’s “Baby Got Back”. It’s me taking the topic of loving all girls all over the world with big butt’s and just having fun with it”.
JAMERICAN was born in Franklyn Town in Kingston, Jamaica, to a single 17-year old mother who introduced him to the arts at an early age as a way to keep him out of trouble on the harsh streets of Kingston.
A move to Miami and exposure to its dirty South Trap Rap scene inspired him to combine reggae, dancehall, trap and hip hop music to bring together a style which is uniquely his own.
Now based in Los Angeles, JAMERICAN has opened shows for artists like Beenie Man and Elephant Man and is flying the musical flag for both Jamaica and America, just as his name suggests. “So Many Big Batty Girls” is the perfect way to get yourself in the zone before a night on the town.
