This is the music video for Billy Wilkins latest single “Cigarettes and Chardonnay”. The song is about wanting something that you can’t have. In this case Billy wanted to write about not being able to have a steady relationship because of the hectic life and schedule of being an artist. He really wanted the video to capture the longing and isolation that is felt in the song so they went down to the Jersey Shore in the dead of winter and just starting filming. The song was written by John Flynn and Billy Wilkins and was later mixed by multi grammy award winners Jerry Wonda and Serge Tsai. Billy feels like this song is his best yet because it is the best representation of him as an artist and he is super excited to share it with the world!
