Sinplus is an Alternative Pop duo, made up of singer and songwriter brothers, Ivan and Gabriel, who have established and realized their natural talent for songwriting at a young age. The brothers have already received several awards and nominations as an independent and self releasing band; this includes the MTV Award for Best Swiss Act, a nomination for Best European Act and representation for Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest in Baku. In 2016, the single “Tieniti Forte”, was picked as the official soundtrack for the European Gymnastics Championship, which achieved gold status (CH). The band went gold again in 2017 with their power ballad “You and I”, which has also found pan-European TV airplay.
Sinplus have toured all over Europe, sharing stages with Roxette, Mando Diao, Jimmy Eat World, The Human League and Daughtry to name a few. With their European achievements in hand, the upcoming release of “Dreams” and having spent the majority of 2017 producing new music in Berlin, Copenhagen and LA with top production teams such as Thomas Stengaard, mixing engineer and Grammy Awards winner Michael Ilbert and mastering engineer Randy Merrill (Imagine Dragons, Adele, Justin Bieber), the two brothers are stronger than ever, all set for the next level… So with this is mind be sure you’ll be hearing from the brothers a lot more in the coming months.
‘Dreams’ comes as the 5th single release from the boys, presenting another hook filled anthemic track with strong production. Produced, mixed and Mastered by Thomas Stengaard, Michael Ilbert and Randy Merrill (Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Adele, Imagine Dragons, Justin Bieber) the single is filled with a strong driving base line, marching drums, powerful lead vocals, topped off with a thick lush sing along chorus with the lyrics ‘Dreams don’t come crashing down’.
